Sure, you need to grip the bow the right way. Yes, you need to make sure you draw the string hard. But unless you keep your eye on the target, none of that is going to matter.

When it comes to your Patience, a similar principle can be put into play.

if you don’t have a big-picture view, the details won’t matter.

Macro-planning is almost always the right way to go because it helps you keep your end goal in your sights, When it comes to macro-planning, think about casting a long-term vision.

Think about your macro-goals and break them down into micro-focuses. What you want will come as long as you don’t give up, but it will happen in it’s own time. Not your timeBut today? Right now? You have to do all that can be done each day, taking as many steps as you can. You have to be patient when it comes to that. Unbelievably patient.

You almost need to be impatient  today to ensure you take as much action as physically possible. 

There needs to be a sense of urgency in the actions you can take right now. That is the MICRO.

So you must be patient for the MACRO with MICRO  step to achieve the bigger Vison.
