Worth it??

What is your Aim? Have you ever been asked that questions? In my school days writing in slam books was the fun thing, without having much clarity I remember writing I want to be a doctor :) Do you remember your first Aim? Over the years my idea to become doctor has changed. During the course of time in life  I have met people who are super ambitious, creative and dedicated to their dreams and also I met  people who are content with  the way they are, just go with  the flow in  life, just be happy is their moto and there are also people who wish and regret certain things. How ever we are its important to be happy.. But I feel so incomplete when I don't chase dreams.. it gives me purpose and  immense joy to reach my potential. I Just don't wanna wish upon my dreams  because I believe we can do it and  if its important to us and the universe conspires. If you are that person who is somewhere stuck between I wish, then gather yourself up and ma...

New Beginnings!

Image
2021 is winding down quickly  But the future is around the corner and as we look toward a brighter 2022, we can also embrace the lessons of 2021 as a source of growth and opportunity. My title today is not about the upcoming new year, new goals or new day but rather the hard times that I learned to call it  as "New Beginnings" Unfortunately or Fortunately we all go through Hard times at some point in life, But the beauty of these important days are it can either help you grow or doom you in disappointment - Just the way you allow it and its a choice! I Choose to learn from these experiences -Its a new beginning and its beautiful when you think about it, When you look at the process, you are turning into better, stronger and wiser YOU. Trust the process of hard times or better say Trust the magic of new beginnings.  “Don’t just learn, experience. Don’t just change, transform. Don’t just dream, do.   Don’t just exist, live.”

Forgotten Role Models??

Image
Role Models- does it sound like an essays we used to write as a child? I  remember clearly those essays trying to fit 500 words on the topic, But today I would want to re-write the same with much better perspective. whether your role model is a writer, poet, scientist, politician, sportsman or your parents and friends . Your role model will be your motivation  in life and  also promotes us to lead the life in the same standard as they do and will also push us to work harder for our aim and become successful. In my "I-want-to-meet" list, there are so many famous persons whom I dream to meet and spend some time with. Recently I have been reading about these two  great men -  Robin Sharma and Steve Harvey. Why did I choose these two ? Ordinary people with extraordinary vision. Great leaners.  Both believe in giving back to community. Learning about the setbacks, failures help us to know its Okay to fail a hundred or may be countless times, ...

Macro and Micro

Have you ever shot a bow ? If not, here’s a follow-up question: when you lift the bow and get ready to shoot, what do you think is the #1 most important thing you need to do? Here’s the answer—keep your eye on the target. Sure, you need to grip the bow the right way. Yes, you need to make sure you draw the string hard. But unless you keep your eye on the target, none of that is going to matter. When it comes to your Patience, a similar principle can be put into play. if you don’t have a big-picture view, the details won’t matter.                         ' Patience is a Key Element of Everything' Macro-planning is almost always the right way to go because it helps you keep your end goal in your sights,  When it comes to macro-planning, think about casting a long-term vision. Think about your macro-goals and break them down into micro-focuses.  What you want will come as long as you don’t give up, but it will happen in ...

Other side of FEAR !

Image
Fear is a natural, powerful human emotion. We all battle with fear. Fear of failing, fear of  losing loved ones, fear of being rejected, fear of heights, animals, water, fear of losing jobs, fear of judgment ,fear of  looking like fools or not being loved for who we are. Fear of reliving something that has been or living something that might come. Fear of not being good enough, smart enough or courageous enough.  No one no matter gender, age, skin color, social status, money on the bank or nationality gets a free pass when it comes to fear. What matters isn’t that we fear (that’s just part of being human), but how we choose to deal with it.  There is no fear which is small or big, to the one who experiencing its a intense state they are in. I have experienced fear of different things  major part of my life. As a child and teenager i had my shares of fear that made me live in my own comfort bubble. Dealing with my  fears was never  easy. But as they...

Power of Acceptance!

2020 has been an unforgettable year full of historic changes and hardships, but if you’re reading this then that means you survived. Despite the many obstacles that probably came across this winding path toward a great unknown, you’re still here—and that’s worth celebrating.  New year is upon us, which usually calls for making resolutions and setting intentions. But after the year we’ve all been through, doing something additional to commemorate this new beginning—and let go of the old—just sounds prudent. Last day of 2020 which was very different for many, and so for me. I felt bored and confused on how to celebrate last day of 2020. I felt immensely emotional for many things . It was hard on me , I felt worried why am I feeling so emotional suddenly.. it took some time to push myself (Almost 2 days) I decided to change the way i feel..its like  evenSo if you don't feel like doing something you do it anyway because it can help shift your mood—it's kind of a “fake it ‘t...
